La “Belgische Killifish Vereniging” a le plai¬sir de vous annoncer l'organisation de son 25ième congrès et exposition qui aura lieu le samedi 6 et le dimanche 7 juin 2009 Le tout aura lieu au Gil¬denhuis, Per¬ten¬donckstraat 14 à B-2520 Broe¬chem-Ranst.

Ci-joint vous trouverez toutes informations utiles concernant ce congrès/exposition en espérant que vous les passerez à vos membres et que vous les mettrez dans votre revue.

Nous espérons naturellement recevoir beaucouip de poissons de votre association et de pouvoir rencontrer beaucoup de vos membres à notre congrès et restons à votre disposition pour toute autre information.

Pour ce 25me Congrès International le pro¬gram¬me se présente comme suite :

samedi 6 juin 2009
09.30 h jugement des poissons
13.00 à 19.00 h exposition

dimanche 7 juin 2009
09.00 à 10.30 h exposition
11.00 h pile distribution des prix et vente des poissons

Pour le concours les poissons seront repar¬tis en 9 groupes :
1. Aphyosemion australe, Aphyosemion bivitatum, Aphyosemion bualanum, Diapte¬ron
2. Petits Aphyosemions
3. Fundulopanchax
4. Archiaphyosemion, Callopanchax en Scriptaphyosemion (ex-Roloffia)
5. Nothobranchius
6. Rivulus
7. Espèces européennes, nord- et sud américaines
8. Epiplatys, Aplocheilus, Pachypanchax.
9. Elevage : 3 couples ou 2 trios.

Pour chaque groupe 3 prix sont prévus.
Seuls les poissons de propre élevage seront jugés.

L'inscription est gratuite, mais les pois¬sons ne seront pas retournés.
Le jugement aura lieu le samedi 6 juin à partir de 09.30 h. Les poissons qui arrivent après 09.00 h ne se¬ront plus jugés.  Les poissons doivent nous parvenir le vendredi 5 juin de 19.00 à 22.00h et le samedi 6 juin de 08.00 à 09.00 h.

Envoi des poissons

Les poissons envoyés par train ou par avion doivent nous parvenir au plus tard le jeudi 4 juin. Veuillez mentionner qu'il  s'agit de poissons qui ne concernent pas la convention de Washington et qu'il s'agit d'un envoi cadeau et non de marchandises.

Les personnes qui participent au congrès peu¬vent remettre leurs poissons eux-mêmes, à sa¬voir le vendredi 5 juin de 19.00 à 22.00 h ou le samedi 6 juin de 08.00 à 09.00 h.

The “Belgische Killifish Vereniging” – B.K.V. has the pleasure to announce You the organization of her 25th congress and exhibition on Saturday 6th June and Sunday 7th June 2008.  This event will take place in the “Gildenhuis”, Pertendonckstraat 14 at B-2520 Broechem-Ranst.

Enclosed herewith is all usefull information regarding this congress and the exhibition.  We hope You'll make this known to Your members by putting it in Your magazine.

In the past we could count on your help to make our exhibition a success and we hope it will be the same this year.

We hope we may welcome lots of fish at our congress and to able to meet many members of your association.

For this 25th International Congress the program is as follows :

Saturday 6th June 2009
09.30 h judgement of the fishes                
13.00 to 19.00 h exhibition

Sunday 7th June 2009
09.00 to 10.30 h exhibition
11.00 h sharp remittance of the awards and sale of fishes

For the contest the fishes will be classified in 9 groups :
1. Aphyosemion australe, Aphyosemion bivitatum, Aphyosemion bualanum, Diapteron
2. Small Aphyosemions
3. Fundulopanchax
4. Archiaphyosemion, Callopanchax en Scriptaphyosemion (ex-Roloffia)
5. Nothobranchius
6. Rivulus
7. European, North- and South-American species
8. Epiplatys, Aplocheilus, Pachypanchax
9. Breeding group : 3 pairs or 2 trios.

For each group 3 awards will be given.
Only self-raised fishes will be allowed for judgement.

Registration is free of charges, but the fishes will not be returned.
Only registered fishes will participate to the judgement.  This will take place on Saturday 6th June from 09.30 h on.  Fishes that arrive after 09.00 h will not be judged anymore.
Fishes have to arrive on Friday 5th June from 19.00 till 22.00 h and on Saturday 6th June from 08.00 till 09.00 h.

Shipping
Fishes send by rail or by air should arrive on Thursday 4th June, at the latest.  Please mention it concerns fish that do not concern the Washington convention and it is a gift and no commercial shipment.

Persons attending the congress may bring along their fishes on Friday 5th June from 19.00 till 22.00 h or on Saturday 6th June from 08.00 till 09.00 h.
